Spa Day Packages for Group Bookings
Although no advanced deposit is required, we will need credit card information (Visa or Mastercard) or a gift
certificate number to guarantee your spa reservation of two or more treatments. Bookings require the contact person and every individual to provide their credit card information and service choices within one week of having a reserved date.
We require 72 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your reservation. A 50% cancellation fee will
be charged for all services changed or cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
Please inform all your guests of our policy.
All guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment(s) in order to prepare for their services and complete a client consultation form. Spa treatments must be started and completed on time as not to infringe on service time of other spa guests.
For those guests having pedicures please bring flip-flops to wear home or back to the hotel.
Reflections Spa Etiquette
Group events & corporate incentive packages are tailored to your needs for “simply the best experience”. Invite a minimum of 4 to several guests, add some nibbles, a little wine, a reason to celebrate, and then leave the planning and details to us!
- Parties must consist of a minimum of four guests. The maximum number of guests will be determined by staff availability for the date requested.
- All Party guests must purchase at least one service valued at $50 dollars or more. If a service is booked with a value of less than $50, Reflections Day Spa reserves the right to charge a minimum of $50 for these services.
- Please be aware that there may be other clients in the spa during your party. If you require a private booking, additional charges will apply.
- You are welcome to bring your own finger food and beverages to your Reflections Party. Please notify us 48hrs in advance so we can arrange setting up refreshments.
- All food must be prepared in advance, no kitchen services are available.
- Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are provided. Wine and beverage consumption must be moderate and we reserve the right to limit alcoholic beverages.
- Please turn cell phones OFF!

Clients Requesting a Particular Spa Therapist
All our staff are highly trained and well educated in their own field of expertise. We pride ourselves in protocols that ensure quality and experience.
We understand that occasionally our guests may have special requests for certain Spa Therapists. Unfortunately, we cannot at any time guarantee a particular request as unexpected changes in staffing may occur due to illness, accident, etc. that are out of our control, thus reducing the availability of particular therapists on a given day. Our Reception Team will do their best to contact you and inform you of any Spa Therapist changes or give you the option to reschedule.
However, please be assured we will endeavour to accommodate these requests to the best of our abilities on behalf of our loyal and valued guests.
